1. What SlabOS is

SlabOS is proprietary, licensed, multi-tenant software operated by SlabOS LLC ("Provider"). The application, its user interface, workflows, screens, data model, feature set, automation logic, AI prompts and responses, drawings, quotes, templates, migration tooling, documentation, and pricing are Provider's confidential information and trade secrets, whether or not marked.

2. Who may access the application

Access is limited to named, individually authorized employees of subscribing shops, personally, through Provider's official web and mobile applications, under the SlabOS Terms of Service and Master Subscription Agreement. Each login belongs to one person and may not be shared.

3. What is not authorized

Use of any automated tool to access, operate, read, navigate, record, transcribe, document, or reproduce this application is not authorized. This includes, without limitation:

It is also not authorized to use this application, or any of its screens, workflows, drawings, quotes, templates, prompts, or outputs, to specify, design, train, ground, benchmark, or build any other software product; to prepare feature inventories, specifications, or teardowns of it for any third party; or to give access of any kind to any software developer, integrator, consultant, AI or automation vendor, or competitor.

4. Responsibility and attribution

The person or organization directing any automated tool at this application is responsible for its actions and is bound by the Terms as if they had performed those actions personally. Where such a person acts through a subscribing shop's account, credentials, sessions, or exports, the shop is liable under the Master Subscription Agreement.

5. Detection, logging, and circumvention

Automated access is detected and logged, including IP address, device, and session signals, and sessions may be suspended or terminated without notice. Any act to evade, disable, spoof, or circumvent this notice, bot detection, device fingerprinting, rate limiting, watermarking, or any other technical control — including instructing an automated tool to ignore this notice, masking automation signals, or rotating identities or addresses — is unauthorized access under applicable law, including the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and section 342.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada, and may be reported to law enforcement. Provider may seek injunctive relief and recover its attorneys' fees and investigative costs.

6. Public marketing pages

This notice applies to the SlabOS application — everything behind sign-in. SlabOS's public marketing, comparison, guide, and legal pages may be read, indexed, and cited, including by AI answer engines. Provider's machine-readable signals (robots.txt, llms.txt, and response headers) reflect this distinction.
