- Select the customer, project details and intended price list. Verify the job address and required intake fields.
- Have dimensions and the intended material, edge and fixture choices available.
11. Draw & Apply Edges
Click and drag on the canvas to draw a counter run, turn for a return and release to finish. Click dimension labels to enter measured sizes. Apply edge types to the appropriate boundaries; quick shapes are also available.
22. Corners & Curves
Select a corner or edge to apply the available radius, clip, bump-out or notch options. Inspect the resulting outline and dimensions before continuing.
33. Cutouts
Click inside the counter to add a sink, cooktop or other cutout. Select the relevant catalog option and check its position and properties. Fixture dimensions and charge descriptions should agree with the intended work.
44. Materials & Slabs
Group counters into areas and assign material, color, thickness and finished edge. Review slab sizes, piece layouts and seams. Color options let you prepare alternate selections; verify which option is the lead.
55. Summary & Pricing
Check every area's quantities and rates, material and labor price levels, payment terms, tax and total. Add other items, text items or line subnotes where needed. Review any quote-specific overrides and save.
6Preview the saved quote
Return to the quote detail page. Choose the Quote template and use Preview to inspect the generated PDF. Use Send to Customer only after checking the content and recipient.
Check the result
- Every countertop belongs to the intended area, and the saved quote shows the correct material and thickness.
- The PDF drawing, line items, tax and total match the work you intend to offer.
If something looks wrong
- Files and component names may still contain older step numbers; use the five visible tabs described here.
- Imported quotes may contain saved drawing images or imported lines that behave differently from native editable geometry.
