Actual installation times and planning feedback

Separate the time you booked from the time the crew recorded.

SlabOS records activity start and completion through the crew workflow and uses available actual time in operational costing. This gives the shop a concrete way to compare a planned visit with the work recorded against the job.

The landing list describes learning from actual installation times. The inspected implementation establishes actual-time display and costing precedence, while the comparable-job duration helper examined in this review uses scheduled intervals. Public documentation needs to explain exactly which history feeds each prediction, rather than combining measurement, costing and model training into one claim.

Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate

Inputs: Labor rates, work records, equipment and vehicle costs, overhead and recurring expenses.

Outputs: Cost inputs that support job analysis and comparison with quoted amounts.

Present one synthetic job's material, labor and overhead assumptions alongside its quoted and actual totals.

Scope to understand

Automatic recalibration from actual installation times was not established in the inspected suggestion helper. Confirm the current deployed prediction path before documenting that specific behavior.
