QuickBooks Online and job-site navigation
Connect accounting records and field destinations through their own workflows.
The feature list groups QuickBooks and Google Maps as connected services. They support different handoffs: QuickBooks Online handles documented accounting synchronization, while the Crew App uses job addresses and navigation for field work. Each needs its own setup and acceptance checks.
For QuickBooks, the operating guide covers connection/mapping configuration, permitted sync/import actions and history. For Maps, the Crew App guide explains that Navigate opens the destination and can trigger the configured en-route workflow. Neither integration should be described as a universal automatic transfer of every kind of record.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: Connected accounting and SlabOS records, billing items and applicable invoices or payments.
Outputs: Linked records and synchronization results that can be reconciled between the systems.
Trace a synthetic job's invoice and payment across both systems, including an edit or retry and matching totals.
Scope to understand
QuickBooks Online is distinct from Desktop. A tutorial’s sample response is not a connected-company test, and navigation is not a complete route-optimization system.
