Customer portal and signed documents
Give the customer a clear view of the current quote and its approval state.
The customer portal connects the customer-facing view to SlabOS quote and job information. It provides a place to review the presented work and the available document actions. The essential operational question is which revision the customer is seeing and what action they have actually completed.
Sending a link, opening it and signing a document are different events. Keep the quote’s current state and the portal’s published version aligned, especially when the job changes after an earlier signature. The shop should be able to retrieve the accepted document rather than infer approval from a viewed notification.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: The selected customer-facing quote revision, documents and project information.
Outputs: A project view and applicable customer actions tied to that work.
Show the same synthetic project in office and customer views, including one document and its recorded customer action.
Scope to understand
Quote acceptance, template signoff and change-order approval are separate records. A signature on one does not automatically approve all three.

Current product capabilities
SlabOS can furnish the selected countertop with fitted cabinets, sinks and cooktops, place a slide-in range in a supported appliance opening and optionally add a hood. The proposed scene is previewed before applying, and each item remains customizable. The same 3D workspace supports automatic stone assembly and a customer-ready room presentation. The current portal page connects branded project access, actual-slab 3D and AR, page-by-page drawing approval, retained signed revisions, project status and payments. A customer response remains associated with its intended document and revision. Read the Customer Portal page →
