Quote close probability and weighted pipeline
Understand the number before using it in a forecast.
SlabOS includes probability information in the quote and pipeline workflow. The inspected quote service contains account historical close-rate context and stage-default probability behavior. The useful question is which value the current screen uses and what population produced it.
A historical win rate, a stage default and a user-entered probability have different meanings. Weighted pipeline also differs from booked sales or collected cash. Public documentation should make the displayed source, fallback and calculation clear, especially for new accounts with little history.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: Contact details, inquiry source, estimated opportunity and follow-up context.
Outputs: A lead record, sales activities and a linked quote where created.
Show a synthetic website inquiry, its assigned owner and a follow-up connected to the resulting quote.
Scope to understand
The feature does not by itself establish calibrated predictive accuracy or a guaranteed close rate for an individual quote.

Current product capabilities
SlabOS CRM uses quote context on pipeline cards, configurable sales stages and follow-up work. Its public page connects Gmail or Outlook, call history, aging quotes and direct-mail campaigns to the same customer relationships. Read the Pipeline & CRM page →
The website widget uses the SlabOS drawing engine and the shop’s price list on the fabricator’s own website. It produces a draft quote with geometry and customer context; the shop chooses whether to show a price, a range or a review-first experience. Read the Website Quoting page →
