Salesperson dashboards and follow-up
Read the pipeline using the same scope as the underlying quotes.
SlabOS provides sales dashboards and pipeline views tied to quote and follow-up work. The operating guide distinguishes personal sales activity, company overview and analytics reports, each with its own filters and metric definitions.
A total is meaningful only with its population. Quotes created during a period, quotes won during a period and current open pipeline are different sets. Likewise, a company card may link to a general list without carrying its original filters into that page. Recheck the destination’s date, salesperson and status rules before reconciling the figures.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: Quote, job, sales and billing records within a stated reporting period.
Outputs: Work queues, sales views and company metrics with drill-down context.
Show one reported total and the sample records that reconcile to it, including the time period.
Scope to understand
Sales measures do not establish collected cash. Visibility and layout changes also do not grant access to restricted sales or financial data.
