2D drawing and live 3D
Draw the counter once. Follow its geometry into pricing and presentation.
SlabOS connects countertop drawing to the quote. The estimator works with dimensions, edges, cutouts and areas; the 3D presentation comes from that drawing. This gives the salesperson and customer a shared object to discuss instead of a sketch disconnected from the price.
Use the 2D view to establish the measured outline and the 3D view to explain the result. A waterfall or miter should be checked as geometry, not merely mentioned in a note. Material appearance is another layer: a real slab photograph communicates a particular slab, while a catalog texture communicates a material selection. Keep that distinction visible when presenting the work.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: Measured countertop runs, edge selections, corner details and openings.
Outputs: An editable drawing, priced quantities and a visual representation of the design.
Present the same island in drawing, pricing and 3D views, identifying one changed dimension and its resulting quantities.

A realistic render is a presentation of the saved design. It does not replace field measurement or fabrication approval.
