Template approval, page by page
Know which drawing pages and fixture answers the customer approved.
SlabOS template signoffs let the shop select job PDFs and fixture details for a specific approval. Publishing prepares the portal; sending is a separate action. The resulting record captures the selected content rather than silently following every later change to the job.
The customer initials every drawing page, answers each included fixture question and completes the signature requirements. A signed drawing approval can still contain fixture change requests. The office needs to read those answers before releasing fabrication, even when the document itself has been signed.
Inputs, outputs and an example to evaluate
Inputs: Approval drawings, fixture details and the intended customer revision.
Outputs: A documented response associated with the presented drawing and fixture scope.
Show a synthetic multi-page approval, its fixture information and the resulting recorded response.
Scope to understand
Viewed is not approved. Quote signature, internal approval and template signoff are distinct records.
