Setup fee ends there — only $899/mo from week two on.
Do you really migrate my legacy data?
Yes. 14,000+ quotes migrated to date. We pull jobs, accounts, activities, calendar events, POs, pricelists, and form templates row-by-row — verified with you before going live. Most migrations finish in under 90 minutes. Canadian Countertops moved their whole shop in one sitting.
My team's older. They won't use another app. How is this different?

My pricing is my crown jewel. Is my data safe?
Your pricing is yours. Period. Strict tenant isolation — no other shop ever sees your pricelist, customers, or jobs. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, every request scoped to your shop ID. Export everything to CSV anytime. No lock-in.
Are there per-user fees?
No. The $899/month is your shop, not your seats. Salespeople, schedulers, owners, admins — all included. Non-login employees (fabricators, installers, drivers) are also unlimited and free. We don't charge you to add your shop floor.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No contracts. Month-to-month, cancel from Settings — no "call us to cancel" games. The $3K setup is one-time and non-refundable (our actual labor cost). $899/mo is fully cancelable. Annual billing available at 15% off if you want to lock in.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes — book a 20-minute demo and we'll walk through it live on your own data. Bring your worst job from last year and your current pricelist. We'll quote it in front of you, in real time. If you're not sold by minute 18, we won't take your money.
